If you are not happy with the detailing service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include:A complimentary re-detail of the affected area A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

2. Weather or Safety Issues. If WE must postpone due to bad weather or unsafe conditions please understand and we will reschedule your appoitment at no extra cost.

3.Non-Refundable situations. By reading this understand a refund may not be issued if the job was completed and the job site was already cleared. 

4. To request a refund just message me at 240 362 6768, I am human I will admit to mistakes that I undeniably will make, if your expectations were not met and after I left the job site you notice something please do bother to call and I will try to fix the issue appropriately.
